1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Prism VIP, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of the service

Prism VIP provides a fresh, never-used U.S. mobile number (AT&T) assigned exclusively to your account for as long as your subscription is active. Lines are provisioned exclusively for receiving verification SMS for WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business and Meta/Facebook accounts.

After your payment is confirmed, a number is assigned to your account and your first verification is coordinated by hand with our team on Telegram. Verification codes are never shown or stored on this website.

3. Your account

You must be 18 or older to create an account, and the name and date of birth you give us must be your own and accurate. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Each account can have one active line. Tell us right away if you notice unauthorized use.

4. Payments

• Activation: $15.00, one-time and non-refundable. It covers setting up your line upfront.
• Subscription: $29.99 per month. The first month is paid together with the activation ($44.99 total due today).
• Payments are processed by PayPal (PayPal balance or debit/credit card). We never see or store your card details.

5. Cancellation and deactivation

You can cancel any time from your account. Your line stays active until the end of the period you already paid; paid periods are not refunded. When the period ends, or if the subscription is not paid, the service is deactivated and the number is no longer reserved for you.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use the line in compliance with applicable law and with the rules of each platform where you use it. Do not use the service for spam, fraud or any activity that violates those rules.

7. Uptime guarantee and limitations

We guarantee the technical stability and SMS delivery of your line while your subscription is active, as described in our service commitment. We do not guarantee that WhatsApp, Meta or Facebook will approve, maintain or not suspend your accounts; those platforms apply their own policies. Suspensions caused by policy violations or spam are not covered.

8. Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our privacy policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If you keep using the service after an update, you accept the new version.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the service is provided.
